YIT Office Centrum
Introduction
YIT Office Centrum (originally KUTA Centrum) on Zelený Pruh in Prague 4 is now owned by YIT Stavo s.r.o. since January 2023. Offices are available to rent in the buildings. The tenants can use the restaurant on the ground floor as well as a fitness centre with a beautiful view of the city.
YIT Office Centrum is easily accessible both by car from the D1 motorway and the South Ring Road, and by public transportation. The property is managed by Cushman & Wakefield and B2 Assets is responsible for the building operations.
