The façade, accented with climbing greenery, is divided into smaller sections in subtle shades of grey. Balconies visually break up the mass of the building, bringing lightness and elegance to its appearance. Corner balconies will also feature built-in planters for growing greenery. From the top floor, residents will have access to a rooftop community garden with seating, an outdoor kitchen, and planting beds. Sustainability plays an essential role in the project, which incorporates photovoltaic panels, a heat recovery system, a storage tank for irrigation, and preparation for electric vehicle charging.
