About the company

YIT Stavo, founded with the merger of Czech company Euro STAVOKONSULT and the Finnish YIT Group in 2008, carries out and sells its own residential projects in attractive locations within Prague. When choosing locations, it always looks for the availability of civic amenities, easy access to the centre and proximity to the great outdoors.

Our employees are highly qualified and have many years of experience under their belts. We are able to guarantee top-class services with our ISO 9001:2001-standard quality system, our international know-how, our considerate approach to the environment and the inspiration of Scandinavian architecture.

History

YIT celebrated the one-hundredth anniversary of successfully working in Finland and other countries in 2012. This century of work has seen YIT grow with its clients and continue to develop its services, eventually becoming the company it is now, which is successfully involved in several lines of business.
