New apartments for sale in SIJA Kamýk

We are building the new SIJA Kamýk project with 122 apartments in the Finnish style for you in a popular area of Prague 12. You can choose from a wide assortment of units with layouts of from one to four rooms with kitchenettes and areas ranging from 30 to 116 m². Most apartments include balconies, terraces or front gardens.

The positive feedback from clients motivated us to fully equip the 1+kk apartments with furniture and a kitchen unit incl. of appliances and apartments 2+kk with kitchen unit incl. appliances.

The project will not lack pram room or underground parking spaces as well as cellar stalls. Families will enjoy spending leisure time together in the quiet courtyard. The private part accessible only to residents will offer pleasant seating and a space for washing bicycles or dogs. We will be revitalising the public park during the construction and planting new greenery here. We are also planning on repairing the pavements, and establishing a new playground and a workout zone. We have not forgotten about civic amenities, either; that is why we will build 4 retail spaces in the project, where small shops and services can be created.

The project is going up on the corner of Hodkovická and Mariánská streets, in the Prague-Kamýk district with a peaceful atmosphere and everything within easy reach. The apartment building in the shape of a letter "L", with 2 underground levels and 10 storeys (with the uppermost receding), is dominated by a distinctive corner bay whose façade along the main street will be further divided into balconies. The design, which is the work of the studio AGE project, bears an elegant and timeless Nordic style and fits in seamlessly with the surrounding buildings.

Location and civil amenities

Single, couples and families with children will appreciate the apartments in the developing urban area of Prague - Kamýk thanks to its excellent civic amenities and transport accessibility. There is a grocery store right next to the apartment house, while the nearby Novodvorská Plaza shopping centre is perfect for larger shopping trips. There is also a preschool and a primary school, as well as a high school, while the Police Academy of the Czech Republic is also located nearby. You can get to the Thomayer University Hospital by car in four minutes or the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in five.

Leisure time

You can spend your leisure time in the two branches of the "12" Cultural Centre, which offer a rich programme for children and adults. The transport connection is provided by a bus stop located literally around the corner, from where you can connect to the metro's C line - Kačerov or Budějovická, A line - Želivského or B line - Smíchovské nádraží. At the same time, the planned Nové Dvory metro station on the new D line will be within walking distance.

Relax in greenery

Sports and nature lovers will love the locality. You can visit the Lhotka swimming biotope in close proximity to the project. The Hodkovičky forest park with the Zátišský stream and a pond, as well as the Dvorecký stream and pond, will entice you for pleasant walks. You can also visit the Kamýk forest with a zoo corner, the “Active in Greenery” educational trail and a playground for children. The Tempo tennis centre and the squash arena close to the residence will provide sporting activities. Last but not least, you can also use the surrounding public field for ball games or an outdoor gym.

Layout of apartments

The offer includes new apartments with layouts of one to four rooms with kitchenettes and sizes ranging from 30 m2 to 116 m2, while most of the apartments also have a connection with the outdoors through balconies, terraces or front gardens. The apartment house also includes underground parking, cellar stalls and pram room. As a bonus, we will contribute to your moving in the form of a voucher.

Apartment standards

As part of the standard equipment of the new apartment, we offer you several vinyl floor decors, entrance and interior doors, and tiles. In selected apartments, you can look forward to preparation for window blinds, with most of the windows featuring triple glazing. Some will also include recovery units, and for the flats on the penultimate floor, preparation for installing air conditioners is also planned. The apartment on the top floor has superior equipment.
