PARVI Cibulka - Gallery

PARVI Cibulka - Gallery

Original lofts with built-in galleries.

The 84 GALLERY apartments will offer you original lofts with high ceilings and built-in galleries. Several of these will fit here. With a ceiling height of 4.5 metres, you definitely will not suffer from feeling cramped. With regards to the layout, thanks to the implementation of the galleries you practically get an extra room, thus you could say that a two-room apartment with a kitchenette would correspond more to a three-room apartment in terms of space. At the same time, this ingenious level can fulfil many functions. It is entirely up to you which one you choose. This is a great option for young couples, for example, for whom the gallery can be used for an office, which will offer peace and privacy apart from the living spaces. Or you can make a children’s room here, while the space under the gallery will offer an ideal play corner. It is also ideal for the creation of a practical closet or guest room.

You can also find out just how such an apartment with a gallery can look by taking a tour of our showroom apartment (in person or in our photo gallery here).

About project

PARVI Cibulka

The PARVI Cibulka residential project is an absolute diamond amongst our projects. It will satisfy fans of stylish living, including the most demanding clients. We are transforming the impressive structure of the former Meopta factory in Prague - Košíře, which stands close to Cibulka Park and the Vidoule nature reserve, into modern and original loft-style apartments. The industrial character of the building will remain intact and we will combine the interesting elements with our Finnish style into modern, quality housing. Peace and quiet and a connection to nature, while located in the wider centre of Prague with good accessibility and civic amenities, those are just a few of the other advantages of the project.
