We are launching the new residential neighbourhood with the VANAJA apartment building, named after the lake of the same name in southern Finland.
This seven-storey building will offer 68 residential units ranging from compact studio apartments (1+kk) to spacious 4-room layouts (4+kk), with sizes from 31 to 90 m². Each apartment will feature a private balcony or terrace. The building will also include ample storage units, parking spaces, facilities for strollers, and an outdoor area for washing bicycles and pets.

The offer includes apartments ranging from studio layouts (1+kk) to spacious four-room units (4+kk), with sizes from 31 to 90 m². Each apartment will include its own balcony or terrace.
The building will provide ample basement storage units, parking spaces, practical stroller storage, and an outdoor area for washing bicycles and pets.
Even in the standard specification, apartments will include high-quality vinyl flooring, interior doors, wall and floor tiles, and sanitary fixtures. Several décor options will be available to choose from.
All apartments will be fitted with triple-glazed windows, including preparation for external shading, and a heat recovery ventilation system. Additional premium features tailored to individual preferences can be arranged through client modifications.
The VANAJA building has been designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind and will meet the highest energy performance class A.
The project will incorporate a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery and preparation for rooftop photovoltaic panels. During construction, we will use modern prefabrication technology as well as environmentally certified products with Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). Wooden materials will meet FSC or PEFC certification standards.
Triple-glazed windows and LED lighting in common areas will be standard features. Green roofs on parking shelters and responsible rainwater management will help create a pleasant microclimate and support the sustainable operation of the entire neighbourhood.
To promote biodiversity, the project will include insect hotels, birdhouses and bird drinking stations.
