The RANTA Barrandov IV project on Schránilova Street offers 29 units ranging from 2-room to 4-room layouts (2+kk to 4+kk) in sizes from 43 m² to 96 m². Naturally, there will be plenty of parking spaces, with selected spots prepared for private wall-mounted chargers (so-called wallboxes). The building will also include a stroller room and a dedicated area for washing bicycles or pets. For the first time, we are also introducing ceiling heating with a cooling function.

Unit layouts
The fourth phase of the RANTA Barrandov project will feature a residential building that continues the signature “white crystal” design of the previous stages. The five-storey building with one underground level will include 29 apartments ranging from 2-room to 4-room layouts, as well as a ground-floor retail unit ideal for small services.
Unit standards
All apartments come with a high standard of finishes – quality vinyl floors, exterior shading, sanitary fittings, wall tiles, ceramic floors, and interior doors in multiple design options. Every apartment features triple-glazed windows, Smart Home systems, heat recovery ventilation, and ceiling heating with the option of gentle cooling in summer.
Ceiling Heating and Cooling System
This system provides year-round thermal comfort while maximizing the use of renewable energy. It combines a heat pump system with energy generated from photovoltaic panels. The heating and cooling pipes are integrated directly into the concrete ceiling slab, approximately 2 cm below its surface. This allows the structure to store both heat and coolness, significantly improving the building’s overall energy efficiency.
Key benefits include: Optimal heating in winter and gentle cooling in summer. Even and efficient radiant heat transfer without drafts. High thermal storage capacity - heat and coolness remain in the structure longer. System control and energy monitoring via the Loxone smart home system.
Sustainable living
For the fourth phase, we also focused on sustainable solutions, such as energy self-sufficiency. The building, rated in the most efficient energy class “A,” will feature photovoltaic panels that will help heat domestic water. Heat pumps are planned to serve as the main source of heating. At the level of the front gardens, on the roofs of the underground garages, a system of green retention roofs is designed.
