Living in LAPPI Hloubětín - stage RANUA
The phase named RANUA offers 111 low-energy units and layouts of from one to five rooms with kitchenettes to those interested in a new apartment. Phase is part of the LAPPI Hloubětín complex and there is something for everyone here, whether they are singles, couples or families with children who are looking for a pleasant and practical place to live in a safe environment near nature. The building, with eight storeys and two underground levels, represents a modern concept of the classic arrangement of an apartment house.
A calm and illuminated space with greenery and playground features is planned between the RANUA and planned TORNIO phases.
The RANUA phase is named after the Lapland town with the northernmost zoological garden in the world, specialising in Arctic animal species. We are planning to complete this phase in the third quarter of 2023.

Layout of apartments
New apartments with layouts of one to five rooms with kitchenettes and ranging in size from 26 m2 to 137 m2 are on offer, each with its own balcony, front garden or terrace and each with a cellar stall. Most of the apartments are equipped with a prefabricated bathroom. The apartment houses also include garage parking, stroller/bike rooms and a space for washing dogs and bikes. As a bonus for you, we have moving free of charge.
